1. Eligibility & Account Use

This website and its services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. To book a retreat, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or bookings if any information is found to be false or misleading.

2. Booking Policy

Solo and Group Bookings

Solo travellers are warmly welcomed — many guests attend alone and leave with lifelong connections. If travelling with a friend or partner, each person must book separately. Room-sharing preferences can be submitted via your post-booking form.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to attending the retreat.

a. If the Retreat is Cancelled by the Organisers:

In the unlikely event of cancellation (e.g. due to a natural disaster), guests will be issued a credit to attend a future retreat. Airfare reimbursement must be sought through your travel insurance.

b. If Cancelled by the Guest:

Due to limited capacity, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full refund less 10% cancellation fee if cancelled before 15 July 2025

• Full refund less 50% cancellation fee if cancelled before 31 July 2025

• No refund if cancelled after 15 August 2025

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Commercial Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to pricing, schedules, retreat inclusions, and offerings at any time. Guests will be notified in advance where possible.

5. Warranties & Responsibility

While we strive to deliver a safe, luxurious, and transformative experience, participation in detox therapies and activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider prior to participating in any medical or wellness treatment offered at the retreat.

We make no guarantees regarding the health outcomes of services rendered. Our therapies are designed to support overall wellbeing but do not replace or substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, copy, and downloadable material, is the intellectual property of [Retreat Name] or its partners. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Suspension or Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a guest’s participation or account if they breach these terms or engage in behavior that endangers the wellbeing of other guests or staff.
